Full-Time: $70,000–$85,000/year (based on experience)
Fractional: $4,000–$6,000/month for 10–20 hours/week

Role Summary
We are looking for a Brand & Creative Director to lead and elevate the brand’s creative direction, visual identity, and storytelling across all touchpoints. You will shape the future of Oh Beauty’s brand presence—from ecommerce campaigns and packaging to social content and product launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve Oh Beauty’s brand identity, tone of voice, and visual language.
- Lead creative direction for campaigns, digital assets, product pages, and paid media.
- Collaborate with the marketing, ecommerce, and product teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Oversee photo and video shoots; manage creative assets and content pipeline.
- Set and maintain brand guidelines for internal and external creatives.
- Inspire innovation through trend research and brand benchmarking.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in brand, creative, or art direction within the beauty, luxury, or lifestyle industries.
- Strong background in visual storytelling, with an eye for minimal, high-end aesthetics.
- Proven ability to lead brand evolution and build visual systems from concept to execution.
- Hands-on experience with content creation, campaign development, and digital assets.
- Highly collaborative with strong communication and creative leadership skills.
Bonus: Experience working with beauty, skincare, or wellness brands
Background in ecommerce, DTC, or fast-growth consumer startups
Strong aesthetic alignment with luxury or clean beauty positioning
