We are a luxury lash/brow and facial salon, as well as an academy, located in the heart of Beverly Hills. We are seeking a licensed esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate is hardworking and motivated with a friendly, and positive attitude. Someone who is passionate about the industry, adamant about cleanliness and possesses a strong work ethic. Responsibilities:
· Perform high quality and consistent lash and brow services following YUMILashes protocols
· Perform high-quality facials: Utilizing our revolutionary facial machine and your expertise in skincare to deliver exceptional facial treatments to clients.
· Deliver the best client experience possible
· Sales and product promotion: Actively promote and sell our exclusive skincare and lash/brow products and services
· Generate new and maintain regular clientele
· Maintain work area with necessary supplies, sanitation, and disinfection procedures
· Assist with cleanliness of salon area
· Assist with training courses, as needed
Requirements:
· Valid esthetician license in the state of California
· Prior experience in skincare, preferably in a professional salon or spa setting
· Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, professional bedside manner
· Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being a team player
· Proven sales experience, preferably in the skincare industry
· Proven track record in sales and achieving goals
· Strong knowledge of facial techniques and skincare products
· Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
· Professional demeanor and appearance
· Passion for skincare and an eagerness to learn and grow
· Effective time management skills
· Ability to adapt to changing client needs and preferences
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
