We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Account Executive (AAE) to join our team. This role plays a critical part in supporting account and financial operations for clients. The ideal candidate will understand bookkeeping workflows, financial review processes, and client service in a time-sensitive, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review bookkeeper entries in AgilLink to ensure accuracy, correct coding, and timely payment of bills (typically two weeks out).
- Oversee bill pay workflows and reconcile monthly checklists across internal drives.
- Approve or escalate invoices, deposits, credit card statements, and journal entries in AgilLink.
- Review and prepare financial documents including Balance Sheet, P&L, and General Ledger.
- Post journal entries (e.g., Tax Reserve) and prepare financial packages for Account Managers and Executives.
Client Support & Operations
- Assist with onboarding new clients, vendor setup, and general ledger coding.
- Maintain cash flow reports, assist with insurance asset schedules, and track client-specific deadlines.
- Provide operational support including payroll processing, residential/business task
Qualifications:
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping, finance, business management, or client service
- Familiarity with AgilLink or similar accounting platforms preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable handling confidential client information with discretion
