Salon Services PRO (SSPRO) is seeking a 1099 Independent Contractor to act as a Sales Contractor. SSPRO is one of the largest independent beauty distributors in the Country. We are based in WA State with 26 stores in 11 states, serving licensed professionals in the beauty and wellness industry. We are proud to have a diverse portfolio of 50+ brands that encompass the best and brightest beauty brands.

The Sales Contractor will take responsibility for the following items, as Sales Contractor deems it necessary to generate sales and to service their customers:

· Keeping updated on SSPRO products and use of products for which sales are generated.

· Understanding and following SSPRO processes for customer orders and returns.

· Optionally, utilizing SSPRO sample, kit stock, and toolbox items for generation of sales.

· Optionally, attending SSPRO, vendor, and customer meetings and events.

The Sales Contractor will be paid as a 1099 Independent Contractor as follows:

· Commissions will be paid on all net sales generated and will be considered payment in full for services rendered.

· Commissions will be paid on the 5th and the 20th of each month.

· Expenses incurred in direct relationship to those sales are the responsibility of the Sales Contractorand therefore will not be paid for nor reimbursed.

The Sales Contractor should have the following abilities & experience to be successful:

· Highly developed sense of responsibility

· Proven record of 1+ years of success in sales

· Prior working experience in the professional beauty industry

· High Social Media acumen

· Being customer service-oriented

· Proficiency with conflict resolution

· Moderate to proficient with the use of numbers

· High proficiency with the use of computers and software systems

· Proficient verbal and written communication

· Ability to travel to and from customer locations
