Duties
- Provide a range of beauty services including haircuts, coloring, makeup application, body waxing, and nail care.
- Deliver outstanding guest services by building rapport with clients and understanding their needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on the use of beauty products.
- Manage appointments and maintain an organized schedule for services.
- Promote retail sales of beauty products to enhance client experiences.
- Utilize social media management skills to promote services and engage with clients online.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools in compliance with health regulations.
Requirements
- Valid cosmetology license in accordance with state regulations.
- Proficiency in makeup application, body waxing, nail care, and other cosmetology services.
- Strong guest service skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in retail sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with social media platforms for promoting services is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
