CNC Operator III
We’re seeking a skilled CNC Operator III to join our team and support the fabrication of precision parts using mills, lathes, routers, and other CNC equipment. This role involves advanced setup, operation, and inspection of complex machining processes to meet exacting quality and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machining centers (mills, lathes, presses, routers, etc.)
- Perform advanced machining operations and adjust programming as needed
- Inspect parts for conformance to specifications
- Maintain equipment and a clean, organized work area
- Support and train other operators; lead small teams or projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years of CNC machining experience
- Strong understanding of setup
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
- High school diploma or GED required
