We are hiring 2 Ammonia Refrigeration Technicians.
Qualifications
- 5 plus years of Ammonia Refrigeration experience.
- Refrigeration knowledge and experience with compressors, condensers, refrigeration accessories and controls, working knowledge of NH3, NH3 Safety.
- Electrical knowledge to include efficient troubleshooting and repair of electrical equipment to include 480V, 220V, 120V and 24V.
- Possess working knowledge and ability to efficiently troubleshoot pneumatics, air compressors and components.
- Possess ability to efficiently troubleshoot and repair manufacturing, processing and packaging equipment.
- Ability to work with hands in mechanically oriented situations.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, if required, including overtime, on-call.
- Strong communication skills.
- May be required to tolerate a working environment with inside controlled temperatures of –15 degrees Fahrenheit and outside ambient temperatures (including heat, cold and precipitation).
- Must be able to climb ladders and stairs.
- Frequently required to stand; walk; push; pull; reach with hands and arms; stoop; kneel; and crouch.
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to use hand and power tools.
- Able to pass a physical and respiratory exam.
- Valid Driver’s license and clean record.

Pay: $32.00 - $37.00 per hour
