About the Job:
We’re looking for a friendly, dependable team member to assist with customer service at the front counter and handle local pickup & delivery routes. You’ll be the face of our business, helping customers drop off and pick up orders, and ensuring prompt, courteous delivery service.
Pin customers for alterations to custom fittings.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and handle orders at the counter
Manage payments and issue receipts
Maintain a clean, organized workspace
Drive local routes for pickup & delivery (company vehicle may be provided)
Assist with garment bagging and tagging as needed
Qualifications:
Customer service experience preferred
Clean driving record (required)
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Able to lift 25–30 lbs and stand for extended periods
