About Us:
Sumi Lash is a rapidly growing lash salon brand with 10 locations across the Greater Los Angeles area. We specialize in customized lash services, semi-permanent makeup, and beauty training. We are looking for a dynamic Front Desk Receptionist with strong communication and sales skills to join our team and help enhance our customer experience while driving upsells and bookings.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and professionally at the front desk
- Manage appointments, client check-ins, and follow-up communications
- Promote our lash services, memberships, and product packages to clients
- Provide personalized beauty recommendations based on client preferences
- Support lash technicians with scheduling and coordination
- Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk area
- Answer phone calls, messages, and respond to client inquiries
- Track daily sales performance and contribute to monthly goals
- Assist with light administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Maintain a professional appearance suitable for client-facing roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English (verbal and written).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently.
- Interest or experience in the beauty industry, especially eyelash extensions, is a plus.
