Job Summary:
The Lash Technician will be responsible for providing eyelash extension services to clients, including consultations, applications, fills, and removals. This role requires a high level of technical skill, attention to detail, and a passion for beauty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct client consultations to understand their needs and preferences.
- Apply eyelash extensions, ensuring proper technique and client safety.
- Perform lash fills and removals as needed.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
- Provide aftercare advice and product recommendations to clients.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in eyelash extensions.
- Manage client records and appointment schedules.
- Ensure client satisfaction and handle any issues or complaints professionally.
- Promote and sell beauty products available in the store.
Qualifications:
- Certification in eyelash extensions from a reputable training program.
- Previous experience as a Lash Technician is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work with precision and care.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in using booking and client management software.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation practices.
