Job Title: Bookkeeper
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support daily financial operations and maintain accurate accounting records for the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
- Verify that transactions are recorded correctly in the general ledger.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Generate invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Maintain and organize financial documents and records.
- Monitor cash flow and report discrepancies.
- Work closely with management and external accountants, as needed.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication platforms.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Strong and accurate data entry skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- 1 to 3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
- Degree or certification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
