Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with a focus on property maintenance and field service. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and comfort for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on heating and cooling equipment.
- Troubleshoot issues using diagnostic tools such as an ohmmeter and schematics to identify problems accurately.
- Perform welding tasks as needed for system repairs or installations.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
- Document all service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed on equipment.
- Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure efficient operation of services provided.
Skills
- Proficient in HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair techniques.
- Experience in property maintenance with a strong understanding of building systems.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics related to HVAC systems.
- Familiarity with appliance repair techniques relevant to HVAC components.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
