What You’ll Do
- Provide top-tier barbering and styling services tailored to each client’s unique needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area at all times.
- Build relationships with clients through engagement, trust, and expert recommendations.
- Upsell retail products and services to enhance the client experience and maximize earnings.
- Utilize Square software for scheduling and client management.
- Contribute to a team-focused, supportive environment while upholding Grey Matter’s high standards for customer experience.
Who You Are
- Licensed Barber or Cosmetologist in California.
- Have an established client book and a desire to continue growing.
- Committed to professionalism, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Passionate about delivering a high-end, elevated client experience.
- Experience with Square software is a plus.
