Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic (Mig & Tig Welding)
Location: South Gate
Pay Rate: $30–$36 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 12-hour shifts | 6:00 AM–6:00 PM (Day) or 6:00 PM–6:00 AM (Night)
Shifts Available: 1 Day Shift, 1 Night Shift
Days Off: Varies (could fall during the week or weekend)
Type: Temp-to-Hire

We’re hiring two Maintenance Mechanics to join a high-performing manufacturing team. These are temp-to-hire positions with strong potential for long-term placement and competitive pay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and maintenance on industrial equipment and machinery
- Utilize Mig and Tig welding skills for fabrication, maintenance, and project work
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure safe, timely resolutions
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals
- Support a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience (or equivalent training)
- Must be proficient with Mig and Tig welding
- Comfortable working 12-hour shifts and open to OT
- Flexible with schedule (days off may rotate)
- Reliable and safety-conscious
