Sales Associate
Duties:
- Greet customers and provide them with exceptional service
- Assist customers in finding the right products or services based on their needs
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales
- Operate cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems to process customer transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and replenish inventory as needed
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively sell products and communicate with customers
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash
- Multilingual abilities, including proficiency in Spanish, to assist a diverse customer base
- Technical sales knowledge to provide product recommendations and answer technical questions
