LC Heating and Air in Hollywood is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. We specialize in HVAC repair and AC repair, and the ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience working with a wide range of HVAC systems, appliance repair, and equipment maintenance. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. In addition to your technical expertise, you will play a key role in driving sales by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products and services, including upselling options to enhance our clients' HVAC systems. Providing exceptional customer service is our top priority, and your expertise will ensure that our clients receive top-notch service and efficient solutions to their HVAC needs.
Responsibilities
- Install new HVAC systems and components according to manufacturer specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with a wide range of HVAC units, appliances, and equipment.
- Repair or replace defective parts as necessary to restore functionality.
- Conduct field service visits to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify opportunities for sales and upsells during service visits, effectively communicating the benefits of additional products or services to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used during repairs, and sales transactions.
- Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all work activities.
- Uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
Experience
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the field of mechanical repair.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to build, refrigerate, and repair various HVAC systems.
- Experience working with a wide range of HVAC systems, particularly in repair and maintenance.
- Familiarity with property maintenance practices is a plus.
- Experience in sales or customer service is highly desirable.
- Experience driving a van or similar vehicle for field service operations.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team while delivering high-quality service.
