Position Overview:
As an HVAC Field Manager, you’ll be responsible for supervising field technicians, coordinating service schedules, ensuring job quality and safety, and helping train and mentor team members. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both leadership and getting in the field when needed.

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily field operations and manage technician workflow
Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction on service calls
Train and mentor field techs
Troubleshoot advanced HVAC issues as needed
Coordinate with office staff for scheduling and logistics
Enforce safety protocols and company policies
Requirements:
5+ years of HVAC experience (field experience required)
Prior leadership or supervisory experience in HVAC is preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
EPA Certification required
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $34.00 - $35.00 per hour
