Job Description:
We’re looking for a motivated Wireless Sales Associate to join our in-store sales team! You’ll help customers find the best wireless devices, set up new line activations, and deliver outstanding service inside our partner retail locations.
This is not a remote or door-to-door position – all work is conducted face-to-face in a retail setting.
Pay Structure:
$19.00–$22.00 per hour
This includes hourly base pay plus performance-based bonuses. We offer a guaranteed hourly wage, and top performers may earn additional incentives.

What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Recommend wireless devices, accessories, and service plans tailored to customer needs
- Complete activations and process sales using company systems
- Work collaboratively with your team to hit sales goals and support customer satisfaction
- Stay up to date on product knowledge through paid training and ongoing development
Requirements:
- 18+ years old with eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Comfortable working weekends, evenings, and retail holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required – we offer full training
