Job Responsibilities:
- Assist cross-functionally across Marketing Team members in an effort to support all projects related to marketing & product development.
- Social Listening and Competitive Research; keeping up-to-date on the latest products, trends, and insights across platforms (social media, blog, digital magazines)
- Generate ideas and write creative concepts for new products.
- Work with Brand team to brainstorm product names, write and edit packaging copy that differentiates the brand and product in the market.
- Support PR & Social Media teams with product fulfillment requests – manage shipment of product samples.
- Assist with project management- routing projects from inception through completion.
- Interact with internal departments to ensure complete deliverables of photography, graphics, sales materials, advertisements, displays and samples.
- Work with Brand team with item set up processes – submit request forms for item numbers & Bill of Materials.
- Administrative support - undertake admin projects specific to brand needs. Provide additional administrative support on an as-needed basis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- A minimum of one year experience in a professional environment
- Beauty marketing experience preferred.
- Must be forward thinking, extremely organized and have the capacity to juggle a variety of project-oriented tasks
- Experience in product development is a plus
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent computer skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
- Proven to be reliable, diligent, self-motivated and dedicated
