Job Description
Join our sales team as a Sales Representative and be the driving force behind our customer outreach and engagement efforts! In this dynamic role, you'll utilize various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, to connect with potential customers and nurture leads. Your primary focus will be on generating appointments and driving traffic to our showroom, while providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships. Here are the primary job functions that will define your success:
- Initiate outbound communication with potential customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Nurture leads and cultivate relationships to generate appointments and showroom traffic.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Utilize CRM tools and systems to manage and track leads and appointments.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to sales conversion.
