We are seeking a skilled Medical Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare and beauty, providing exceptional services to our clients in a professional and welcoming environment. We are looking for a person that is really good with Lymphatic massage and drainage and handling. This is a new clinic and customer service and client retention is very important. Prefer someone who has chemical peel and biorepeel experience as well.
Duties
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, and microneedlings, lymphatic drainage massage, acne facials and customizable facials.
- Conduct consultations to determine clients' skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments
- Educate clients on skincare routines and products
- Assist with guest services and ensure client satisfaction
- Manage appointment bookings using Jane App
- Conduct product demonstrations and retail sales
- Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare, beauty, and aesthetics
Skills
- Proficient in performing facial treatments, makeup applications, and eyelash extensions
- Strong sales skills with experience in retail sales
- Knowledge of social media management for promoting services
- Ability to provide excellent guest services and maintain client relationships
- Familiarity with managing appointments through Jane App software is a plus
- Experienced minimum +2 required
- During downtime, take care of the tasks in the front desk, content making
