Job Summary
As a Wax Specialist at European Wax Center, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional waxing services in a comfortable and professional setting. From brow shaping to full-body waxing, you’ll make sure every client feels confident, comfortable, and leaves with glowing skin. You'll work closely with our team to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests. It is a fast paced, goal oriented position. This position offers an hourly rate of $17.00 to $20.00 per hour depending on experience plus commission and bonus.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming clients and addressing their needs.
- Perform body waxing services with precision while adhering to sanitation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized.
- Educate clients on aftercare and promote relevant products and services.
- Build rapport with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance service offerings.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive salon environment.
Qualifications
- Required license or certification: Esthetician or Cosmetologist (state specific)
- Strong knowledge of waxing techniques, skin types, and aftercare
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing a high-quality experience for every client
