About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our sales and marketing team in bringing beauty brands to life in the U.S. market. This role bridges execution between sales, marketing, and retail partners — ensuring products and campaigns are implemented effectively and professionally at the store level.
You’ll work closely with the Sales and Brand teams on everything from product launches to promotional events, merchandising execution, sample coordination, and email marketing. If you love beauty, enjoy fast-paced environments, and want to learn how brands grow in retail, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
Product Marketing & Merchandising Execution
- Organize product information and assist with new product launch documentation
- Coordinate the setup of in-store display fixtures (shelves, trays, color charts) and ensure proper execution
- Collect photos and feedback on retail execution and share with internal teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to align promotional initiatives with product launches and brand marketing campaigns
Promotion & Event Support
- Assist with the planning and execution of in-store promotions, GWP campaigns, and seasonal activities
- Coordinate the design, production, and delivery of marketing and display materials
- Maintain and archive promotional assets and activity records
Sales Operations Support
- Help prepare marketing decks, product catalogs, and customer presentations
- Manage the packing and shipment of product samples and sales kits to B2B partners
Email Marketing & B2B Communication
- Assist in developing and sending regular email campaigns to B2B clients
- Promote new product launches, special offers, and promotional updates to keep retail partners engaged
Who We’re Looking For
- Background in Marketing, Communications, Beauty, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing coordination, brand assistant, or retail support roles preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills; detail-focused with follow-through
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Canva or other visual tools; experience with email platforms like Mailchimp is a plus
- Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus)
- Passionate about the beauty industry and willing to support both creative and operational tasks
- Occasional travel to stores or events may be required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $23.50 per hour
