Full-Time Social Media Operations Specialist

Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: On-site (please specify the location as needed)

Responsibilities:

Plan and publish engaging social media content (including posts, stories, and short videos) across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and grow follower count
Collaborate with the team on content shoots to ensure consistency with brand tone and visual style
Handle post-production tasks, including video editing and basic image processing
Monitor content performance, track social media trends, and optimize strategy accordingly
Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages to foster community interaction
(If applicable) Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns and promotional activities

Requirements:

Excellent English writing skills, with the ability to create both creative and professional content
Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
Familiarity with major social media platforms and their content algorithms
Basic photography skills and the ability to conduct independent content shoots
Proficiency with design and editing tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)
Strong sense of responsibility and time management, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Nice to Have:

Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Meta Insights
Knowledge of SEO and hashtag strategies for content optimization
A passion for relevant industries (e.g., home & lifestyle, beauty, fashion, tech, education, etc.)
