Salary: $70-80K
Bonus: Biannual bonus based on store sales and performance (avg. $4,000–$10,000 annually)

Our retail team brings both style and substance to the forefront of eyewear, and we’re looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead one of our flagship locations in Los Angeles.
As a Store Manager, you will be the heart of our retail operations. You’ll oversee daily store functions including team leadership, customer satisfaction, sales performance, inventory management, and financial reporting. This role requires a hands-on leader who is passionate about team development and delivering top-tier service that reflects our brand's values.
️ Operations & Customer Experience

Manage all aspects of daily store operations

Maintain exceptional in-store customer service standards

Oversee inventory, merchandising, and visual presentation

Ensure accurate bookkeeping, cash handling, and reconciliation
Team Leadership & Staff Development

Supervise and inspire retail associates and opticians

Foster a positive team environment with open communication

Support staff training, coaching, and performance evaluations

Resolve conflicts and celebrate high performance
Sales & Financial Management

Track and analyze store sales metrics and KPIs

Report financial summaries including budgets, expenses, and profits

Collaborate with the District Manager on monthly store performance and updates

Minimum 1 year of retail management experience, preferably in the optical industry

At least 2 years of experience as an optician in a retail or optometrist setting

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Passion for customer service and team development

Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
