Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in property maintenance and a strong background in HVAC/R systems. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in residential and commercial settings. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all installations meet industry standards and customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems including air conditioning units, and heating systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with design teams to determine system specifications and layout.
- Troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Drive company vehicles to job sites safely and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs and recommendations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols while working in the field.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role in the field service industry.
- Strong knowledge of air conditioning, heating systems, plumbing, and related technologies.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams related to HVAC installations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a van or service vehicle.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Relevant certifications in HVAC/R are preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on industry trends.

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
