Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems. This role involves diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. The technician will work closely with clients to ensure their systems operate efficiently and effectively.
Duties
- Maintain HVAC/R systems according to specifications and schematics.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of heating and cooling systems.
- Repair or replace defective components, including boilers, refrigerants, and plumbing connections.
- Weld and fabricate parts as necessary for system repairs or upgrades.
- Design and build custom HVAC solutions tailored to specific client needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all work performed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about system performance and maintenance needs.
Experience
- Proven experience in HVAC, maintenance, and repair is preferred.
- Familiarity with property maintenance practices is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics related to HVAC systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills
- Punctual, and courteous
- Knowledge of plumbing systems as they relate to HVAC installations is beneficial.
- Use of own vehicle will be compensated with gas or mileage .
- Must have own tools

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- Year round work
