Talent Sourcing Direct is looking for a Maitenance Mechanic/Welder to perform work involving the skills of two or more maintenance or craft occupations to keep machines, mechanical equipment, or the structure of a building in repair. Duties may involve pipe fitting; HVAC maintenance; insulation; welding; machining; carpentry; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment; and repairing buildings, floors, or stairs.
Job Duties:
· Perform a wide variety of tasks, such as welding and fabrication. Repair broken machinery, fabricate new pieces or custom pieces for machinery.
Maintain and look out for quality related issues. Communicate efficiently with supervisors about quality issues, machine issues and job-related functions.
· Must have knowledge in using all cutting tools, must know how to read template's, good with measuring tape and MIG wire welding experience.
· Assist in handling repairs and maintenance of all warehouse machinery and/or other equipment.
· Preventative maintenance of machinery
· Set up and install new equipment, modify, or renovate equipment as directed
· General warehouse and production upkeep (i.e. paint, floor repair, door repair, etc.)
· Perform and show competence in preventative maintenance per established schedules on all ground support equipment
· Assist in troubleshooting and diagnostic assessment of ground support equipment as required
· Own and demonstrate proper use of tools, diagnostic equipment, etc.

· Complete all maintenance and repair documentation consistent with carrier, station, airport authority, municipal, state, and federal requirements
· Follow all safety guidelines set out by management and OSHA
