👷 Position Summary
We’re looking for two skilled and dependable Cabinet Maker / Finish Carpenter to join our team. The right candidate will be comfortable working with shop equipment, assembling custom cabinetry, and performing on-site installs.

🛠Responsibilities
• Build and assemble custom cabinets and millwork from drawings
• Operate woodworking tools and machines: table saws, routers, edge banders, etc.
• Install finished products on-site (kitchens, vanities, built-ins, trims)
• Read blueprints and shop drawings accurately
• Apply sanding, finish, and detail work as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

✅ Requirements
• 2 - 3+ years of cabinet-making or finish carpentry experience
• Ability to work from plans and shop drawings
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery
• Valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided for travel to job sites)
• Willingness to occasionally travel to out-of-area job sites (overnight stay may be required)
• Must be reliable, self-motivated, and a team player
• Chinese-speaking is a plus
• Personal tools are a plus (shop supplies most equipment)

📅 Work Schedule
• Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays as needed)
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Shop based in South El Monte, with job sites throughout Southern California

💵 Pay, Compensation & Perks
• $20 – $30/hr DOE
