š¼ Key Responsibilities:
Accurately transfer data from paper vendor invoices into our system
Track service department inventory and business office supplies
Prepare and cut checks for vendors
Verify and correct data entries as needed
Contract customers and finalize sales paperwork
Audit deals to ensure all documents are complete and accurate
Package documents for lenders, ensuring compliance and proper formatting
Close out sold deals and organize all associated paperwork
Call customers regarding pending items, follow-ups, or scheduling
Sort, organize, and file physical and digital documents
Perform other general administrative and office support tasks
Provide great customer service at all times, especially during handoff from sales to finance

Requirements:
Automotive dealership experience is a plus
Fast and accurate typing skills
Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
Familiarity with office equipment and data entry systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
Professional attitude and strong customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Been able to get a sales license
