We are looking for highly motivated residential and commercial installers to work on new A/C systems and equipment for both commercial and residential properties. We require installers with a minimum of 3-4 years of on-the-job experience in the field. Candidates should be eager to learn and have the potential to become Lead Installers within a short time frame. Candidates should be professional and willing to provide an extremely high quality service to our customers.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- No Drugs
- Willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes.
- Must know how to use hand tools, saw, and some electronic devices
- Follow directions as given and take the initiative
- Basic Safety knowledge of tools and surroundings
- Comply with ALL SAFETY RULES
- Understand how to use a tape measure
- Arrive on time daily
- Dress in a workmanlike manner
- Ability to use a hammer
- Unloading/Stocking supplies and Equipment
- Unloading/Loading truck
- Cut & drill holes
- Ability to fill out a daily time card accurately
- Be able to carry 100 pounds
- Insulate duct
- Build platforms (some construction background)
- Basic Common Sense
- Must provide extremely neat and clean work

Work Remotely
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
