Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical work, with additional knowledge of solar installations and EVSE projects. This role requires someone who can work independently, manage responsibilities effectively, and collaborate well with others on construction sites.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using diagnostic tools such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and other testing equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical systems.
- Work with low voltage and high voltage systems as required.
- Safely and effectively use hand tools and power tools on job sites.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Follow all safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Willingness to travel throughout the year and occasionally share Airbnb accommodations with coworkers.
Key Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details.
- Proven experience in residential, commercial, or industrial electrical work, including troubleshooting.
- Knowledge or hands-on experience with solar installations.
- Strong understanding and application of the NEC.
- Must provide personal tools and have a reliable vehicle.
- Proficiency in English and basic computer programs (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Ability to follow directions, stay organized, and work independently.
- Responsible, trustworthy, and a true team player.
- Valid ET card required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
