The Refrigeration Technician is a key member of our team, responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial refrigeration systems.
What You’ll Do:
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial refrigeration systems, including walk-in coolers, freezers, refrigerated display cases, ice machines, and HVACR systems.
- Respond promptly to service calls, providing accurate diagnosis and resolution of refrigeration-related issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks, such as cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, lubricating motors, and inspecting electrical components to ensure systems operate at peak efficiency.
- Test and calibrate refrigeration systems using specialized tools and equipment to verify proper operation and compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain detailed documentation of services performed, including service reports and work orders, using company software.
- Collaborate with other technicians, engineers, and contractors to plan and execute refrigeration system installations, upgrades, and retrofits.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
What You Bring (Mandatory):
- EPA Certification required.
- A minimum of 4 years of field experience in a similar refrigeration role preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot complex refrigeration systems.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
