We are looking for an experienced Lead Residential HVAC Installer to join our team! You will lead a team to install heating and air conditioning systems. Salaried position, available overtime, yearly bonuses, consistent work schedule. Our work is year-round with no down time, no furloughs. Daily schedule M-F 7:30-4pm. All tools supplied by company. GUARANTEED 40 HOURS A WEEK!!!
Responsibilities:
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Lead a crew of 2-3 installers.
- Coordinate with other trades in order to complete installation work
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- 4-6 experience in HVAC field
- Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
- Familiarity with drawing and installing custom sheet metal ductwork
- Ability to read and follow mechanical diagrams/plans
- mini-split/VRF systems a plus!
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to lead an installation job independently
- Clean driving record
