About the Role: The role involves conducting troubleshooting and repair services for customers' air conditioning equipment in California, ensuring prompt on-site response and effective resolution of after-sales issues to restore normal operation.

Responsibilities:

Conduct troubleshooting and repair services for customers' air conditioning equipment in California.
Perform regular maintenance on customer air conditioning systems.
Inspect equipment performance to prevent potential failures.
Accurately document all service activities including fault symptoms, repair procedures, and replaced components.
Maintain close communication with headquarters in China to synchronize information and coordinate resources.
Provide market feedback and offer suggestions for product improvement and optimization.
Deliver necessary technical training to customers.
Cultivate long-term client relationships.

Qualifications:

Degree in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, Energy & Power Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
Possession of relevant certifications in refrigeration, HVAC, or electrical maintenance.
Proficient in using air conditioning repair tools and diagnostic equipment.
Capable of independently conducting troubleshooting and repair tasks.
Strong work ethic, sense of responsibility, excellent communication and coordination skills, team spirit, and customer service orientation.
Proactive work attitude, high level of accountability, and flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules including occasional overtime.

Experience in technical training delivery.
