About the Role: The role involves conducting troubleshooting and repair services for customers' air conditioning equipment in California, ensuring prompt on-site response and effective resolution of after-sales issues to restore normal operation.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct troubleshooting and repair services for customers' air conditioning equipment in California.
- Perform regular maintenance on customer air conditioning systems.
- Inspect equipment performance to prevent potential failures.
- Accurately document all service activities including fault symptoms, repair procedures, and replaced components.
- Maintain close communication with headquarters in China to synchronize information and coordinate resources.
- Provide market feedback and offer suggestions for product improvement and optimization.
- Deliver necessary technical training to customers.
- Cultivate long-term client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, Energy & Power Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Possession of relevant certifications in refrigeration, HVAC, or electrical maintenance.
- Proficient in using air conditioning repair tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Capable of independently conducting troubleshooting and repair tasks.
- Strong work ethic, sense of responsibility, excellent communication and coordination skills, team spirit, and customer service orientation.
- Proactive work attitude, high level of accountability, and flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules including occasional overtime.
