2+ Years' Experience as HVAC and Plumbing Residential Sales Technician!

Job Summary:

The Service Sales Technician is responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting Plumbing and HVAC equipment, indoor comfort, energy efficiency, and related problems. He/she must present repair options, upgrade opportunities, service agreements, and pricing to customers in a clear, polite, and respectful manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and plumbing.
Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues efficiently.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety standards.
Communicate clearly with clients and document completed work.
Must have the ability to turn calls over to comfort advisor.

Requirements:

Experience in HVAC and plumbing systems.
Relevant certifications or trade licenses (EPA, HVAC, plumbing).
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Must be well groomed and professional attire.

Physical Requirements:

Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-75 lbs.
Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, squat, climb, crouch or crawl
Occasionally required to sit or balance.
Work is performed in residential properties which may include attics, garages, crawl spaces and roof tops.
