2+ Years' Experience as HVAC and Plumbing Residential Sales Technician!
Job Summary:
The Service Sales Technician is responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting Plumbing and HVAC equipment, indoor comfort, energy efficiency, and related problems. He/she must present repair options, upgrade opportunities, service agreements, and pricing to customers in a clear, polite, and respectful manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and plumbing.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues efficiently.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety standards.
- Communicate clearly with clients and document completed work.
- Must have the ability to turn calls over to comfort advisor.
Requirements:
- Experience in HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Relevant certifications or trade licenses (EPA, HVAC, plumbing).
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must be well groomed and professional attire.
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-75 lbs.
- Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, squat, climb, crouch or crawl
- Occasionally required to sit or balance.
- Work is performed in residential properties which may include attics, garages, crawl spaces and roof tops.
