Job Overview
We are a family-owned, fast-paced, and growing company seeking a skilled HVAC/Refrigeration Technician to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems and property maintenance, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in both residential and commercial settings.
Duties
- Install and maintain HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC/R equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections of heating and cooling systems to identify potential issues.
- Read and interpret schematics to diagnose problems effectively.
- Perform welding tasks as needed for repairs or installations.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed on equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with clients during service calls.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HVAC/Refrigeration Technician.
- Strong knowledge of property maintenance practices related to HVAC and Refrigeration systems.
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals effectively.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective customer interactions.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
