We are immediately hiring experienced HVAC technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems
- Use a variety of hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and maintain furnaces, condensers, compressors, and ductwork, and related components
- Build strong client relationships through excellent communication and professional service
- Educate clients on their HVAC systems and necessary maintenance requirements
- Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance home comfort systems through product knowledge and upgrades
- Accurately document all services performed, recommendations made, and materials used in applicable reports, logs, or service records
- Complete all tasks with a focus on safety, quality, and industry standards
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of HVAC equipment and systems
- 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience
- 2–3 years of residential HVAC experience is a plus
- High school diploma or GED
- EPA Certification is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record
- Ability to safely lift or move up to 75 pounds
