Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate Scalp Care Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide professional scalp care services to help clients improve their scalp health and hair quality. We are looking for someone with solid expertise and excellent communication skills to deliver an outstanding experience to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional scalp care services, including scalp cleansing, nourishment, and massage.
- Assess clients' scalp and hair conditions, offering personalized care recommendations as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of equipment and treatment areas, adhering to operational protocols.
- Build strong communication with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Participate in regular training to stay updated on new products and techniques.
Qualifications:
- Relevant certification in beauty, scalp care, or a related field.
- Experience in scalp care or the beauty industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
- Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and a team player.
- Ability to adapt to client needs and deliver high-quality service.
