What You Will Do
We run busy spas so we work smart and efficient. We offer many services - don't worry we will train you in the Sugar Sugar™ way and culture!
Responsibilities
- Learn and understand Sugar Sugar™ products and services
- Be able to provide individualized skin care solutions for client needs
- Build trusting and credible relationships with clientele
- Establish new client relationships and inspire other estheticians
- Complete in-room services - sugar, tan, facial
- Complete out-of-room services - answer phones, greet/check-in clients, schedule appointments, maintain checklists and records, check-out/re-book clients
- Actively sell clientele on promotions and memberships
- Efficiently utilize salon software for scheduling and managing client records
- Maintain clean and organized work areas adhering to all sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients and foster repeat business
- Meet and exceed store goals set by management
- Have fun, smile and enjoy the environment in a professional way!
Qualifications
- Proven experience in esthetics or related field with certifications
- A shown strong willingness to learn new things
- Ability to follow instructions and company protocols
- Careful attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
- Positive and Fun!
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in Apple computers/tablets
- Advocate of continued education and growth
- Self motivated
- Problem solver
- Proven track record of product and service sales
