We are looking to hire a sales consultant that is looking to grow within a company that is looking for foundational pieces to expand in the near future. We are looking for people that are looking to grow, part of team, and will be treated as such from the dealership. Don't compare us to other dealerships that want salesman coming in and out, and don't care about their employees(or claim that they do but don't). We are looking to add someone to our team that will treat this place like their own, and grow to have a job that will be secured for time to come, as well as major room for advancement within the company. Need to have the basics of sales down, need to have common sense sales skills and communication skills. We want people to join our growing team, and be ready to rock and roll immediately. We have many many leads and many chances to sell(high volume dealership), just need the right people to be overlooking the leads and know how to handle them!
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Car Sales Executive to join our team. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.

- Conduct cold calling and outbound sales activities to generate leads and expand customer base
- Identify potential customers and develop strategies to market and sell our cars
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up
- Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, following up on inquiries, and closing deals
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitors to effectively promote our cars
```Qualifications:```
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Must speak Spanish
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information about cars to customers
- Sales support experience is a plus
