Summary
The Data Merchandising Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of product data within the ERP system. This role involves inputting and maintaining correct product information, performing data audits, and ensuring that all data aligns across various systems to support merchandising functions.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Input and maintain accurate product data in the ERP system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and consistent.
- Very Strong Excel and Data Entry experience required for this role.
- Perform regular data audits to ensure integrity and identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in the system.
- Update product details, including pricing, descriptions, and other relevant attributes in the ERP system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data consistency across all systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any data-related issues, ensuring all systems are synchronized and accurate.
- Assist with data-related projects to improve overall data management processes.
- Provide support for data integrity checks and data validation tasks as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support data management and merchandising functions.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook and Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and correct data discrepancies.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Education and Experience:
At least 2-3 years of experience in data management, data merchandising, or a related field.
Experience working with ERP systems and maintaining accurate data.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
