We partner with creative agencies and national brands to design and build immersive environments for retail spaces, special events, and experiential marketing. We’re currently seeking an experienced Welder Fabricator to join our team. This role involves both in-shop fabrication and on-site installation of custom builds. Ideal candidates are reliable, self-motivated, and confident working in a fast-paced, creative environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate, weld, and assemble custom metal structures using TIG and MIG techniques (mild steel, aluminum, stainless steel)
- Interpret technical drawings, sketches, and work orders to build high-quality, precise components
- Operate and maintain a variety of shop tools and machinery (saws, routers, drills, grinders, etc.)
- Perform on-site installations and modifications when needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Collaborate with project managers, shop staff, and other trades to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
Qualifications:
- General welding knowledge with TIG/MIG experience required
- Strong understanding of metal fabrication methods and shop math
- Able to read and follow technical drawings
- Comfortable working at heights, lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Must bring personal hand tools to job sites
- Experience in carpentry, fabrication, or themed entertainment is a plus
