Salary Information:
A clear path to $200,000+ per year
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored situations.
· Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
· Collaborate with the HVAC team to ensure seamless coordination and execution of projects.
· Drive HVAC sales growth by proactively identifying, prospecting and acquiring new clients in residential sectors.
Qualifications:
· Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
· In-home sales in HVAC/construction or similar industry
· Proven sales of $2M+ for a minimum of 2 years
· Top notch communication, customer service and follow-up skills
· Ability to physically crawl in tight spaces and hot attics for 15-20 minutes, 2-3 times per day and/or climb ladders and traverse roofs
· Ability to manage multiple ongoing opportunities/projects simultaneously
