Job Description:
We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Assistant/Dispatcher to join our team. As a Payroll Assistant/Dispatcher, you will be responsible for assisting with payroll processing, printing checks, and dispatching payments to clients. This is a remote work-from-home opportunity that requires a reliable internet connection and a printer.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy
- Print checks using various check paper types
- Dispatch payments to clients in a timely manner
- Maintain records and reports as needed
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in payroll processing or a related field
- Experience with check printing and knowledge of check paper types
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and a printer at home (must be able to print checks)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
