Senior Air Conditioning and Heating Technician
Job Summary
Air Plus HVAC has an immediate opening for an experienced service technician. This is an ideal position with lots of growth opportunities and room to advance.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial HVAC equipment and provide the customer an accurate estimate of the cost of repair when needed
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot, replace parts, components, and controls for HVAC equipment
- Excellent communication skills with customer and the team
- Report project status detail on daily basis using "Service Titan" mobile app
- Test refrigeration and coolant leaks, evacuate and clean systems and recharge refrigerant systems using chemical dryers, using vacuum pump and other equipment as required
- Read and comprehend blueprints
- Knowledge of HVAC start up procedures and troubleshooting conventional and VRF systems
Requirements and Qualifications
- 5+ years experience as a HVAC technician and 7+ years experience in HVAC industry
- NATE Certification is a MUST!!
- Ability to communicate with technical support hot line
- Fluency in English; Spanish a plus
- Drivers license (required)
- Ability pass drug test and submit to a background check

Pay: $104,924.00 - $112,363.00 per year
