Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. The successful candidate will demonstrate mechanical knowledge and proficiency in working with various tools and equipment.
Duties
- Install HVAC systems according to specifications and schematics.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot issues using diagnostic tools such as an ohmmeter.
- Weld components as needed for system installations and repairs.
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure optimal system performance.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
- Proficiency in ammonia refrigeration systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in HVAC/R installations.
- Experience in appliance repair is a plus.
- Ability to plumb systems as required for installation.
- Previous experience as a service technician is advantageous.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
