Frontier Customer Ambassador Daily Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers by initiating conversations, identifying their specific needs, and offering personalized solutions that align with their preferences.
- Present product details and promotional offers in a compelling way that highlights key benefits and helps customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing concerns, answering questions, and ensuring each customer has a positive and seamless experience.
- Work closely with Frontier Customer Ambassador team members to maintain a high-energy environment, support collective sales goals, and contribute to overall team success.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product releases, and current promotions to deliver relevant and valuable information to customers.
- Accurately track customer interactions and purchases while following up to strengthen relationships, confirm satisfaction, and encourage repeat business.
Frontier Customer Ambassador Desired Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- B.A. or B.S. in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- your ability to connect with people is key!
- A positive, outgoing attitude with a passion for helping others.
- Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset.
- Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus but not required- training is provided!
